PROJECT BIOHACKING AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS


By enrolling in the Project Biohacking Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Project Biohacking ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW


The Project Biohacking Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting our biohacking coaching services, educational content, and approved products through unique referral links and coupon codes.


3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

3.1 Order Commission Rate

  • Affiliates earn 15% commission on all qualifying product and service sales generated through their unique affiliate link or assigned coupon code.

3.2 Form Commission Rate

  • Form lead submissions: $0 USD per qualified lead submission.

3.3 Qualifying Sales

  • Commissions apply to the order subtotal after discounts but before taxes and shipping.

  • Refunded orders, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions do not qualify for commissions.

  • Self-referrals and purchases made using your own affiliate link are prohibited and will not earn commissions.

4. CONVERSION TRACKING

4.1 Cookie Duration

  • When a customer clicks your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is placed on their device for 60 days.

  • Any purchases made within this 60-day window will be credited to your affiliate account.

4.2 Coupon Code Tracking

  • If customers use your assigned coupon code, the initial order and any subsequent orders using the same email address within 60 days of the first order will be credited to your account.

4.3 Attribution

  • Last-click attribution applies. If multiple affiliate links are used, the most recent affiliate click receives credit.

  • Only one coupon code can be applied per transaction.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Payment Schedule

  • Affiliate commissions are paid monthly on the 15th day of each month for all qualifying sales from the previous calendar month.

  • Example: Sales made in January will be paid on February 15th.

5.2 Payment Method

  • Payments are processed via PayPal to the email address provided in your affiliate account.

  • It is your responsibility to maintain accurate PayPal information in your account settings.

5.3 Minimum Payout Threshold

  • A minimum balance may be required for payout (to be confirmed by Company policy).

  • Balances below the minimum threshold will roll over to the following month.

5.4 Tax Responsibility

  • Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on commission earnings.

  • The Company may issue tax forms (e.g., 1099-MISC) as required by law.

6. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 Promotional Guidelines

  • Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines.

  • Example disclosure: "This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link."

6.2 Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may NOT:

  • Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Project Biohacking services or products

  • Engage in spam, unsolicited email marketing, or deceptive advertising practices

  • Bid on trademarked terms (e.g., "Project Biohacking") in paid search campaigns without written permission

  • Use affiliate links on coupon or deal sites without prior approval

  • Impersonate the Company or create confusion about the affiliate relationship

  • Make medical claims or provide medical advice unless properly licensed

  • Violate any federal, state, or local laws or regulations

6.3 Brand Usage

  • Affiliates may use approved Company logos and marketing materials with permission.

  • Modification of Company branding or logos is prohibited without written consent.

7. CUSTOMER REFERRALS

7.1 Automatic Affiliate Enrollment

  • When customers purchase through your affiliate link, they may automatically be enrolled as affiliates with their own unique referral link.

  • This does not affect your commission on their initial purchase.

7.2 Multi-Level Structure

  • This is a single-tier affiliate program. You earn commissions only on direct referrals, not on sub-affiliate sales.

8. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

8.1 Affiliate Dashboard

  • Access your affiliate dashboard at: projectbiohacking.monto.io

  • Track commissions, orders, clicks, and access your unique referral link and coupon codes.

8.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

9. TERMINATION

9.1 Termination by Affiliate

  • You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting us.

  • Outstanding commissions will be paid according to the standard payment schedule.

9.2 Termination by Company
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account immediately for:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions

  • Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation

  • Unethical or illegal promotional practices

  • Inactivity for an extended period

  • Any conduct deemed harmful to the Company's reputation

9.3 Effect of Termination

  • Upon termination, access to affiliate links, dashboard, and promotional materials will be revoked.

  • Earned commissions prior to termination will be paid according to the payment schedule.

  • Pending commissions for transactions within the return/refund period may be forfeited.

10. REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS

  • If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account balance.

  • Negative balances will be carried forward and deducted from future earnings.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROGRAM

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Modify commission rates with 30 days' notice

  • Change payment terms and schedules

  • Update prohibited promotional methods

  • Discontinue the affiliate program entirely with notice

Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email.


12. COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH AND WELLNESS REGULATIONS

12.1 Educational Nature

  • Project Biohacking provides educational content and coaching related to biohacking and wellness optimization.

  • Affiliates must not make medical claims or suggest our content replaces professional medical advice.

12.2 Disclaimers Required
When promoting Project Biohacking services, affiliates should include appropriate disclaimers such as:

  • "This information is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice."

  • "Consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new health protocol."

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company is not liable for:

  • Technical issues preventing tracking or attribution

  • Payment processing delays beyond our control

  • Loss of earnings due to policy changes or program termination

  • Third-party actions affecting affiliate performance

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials provided by Project Biohacking remain the exclusive property of the Company. Affiliates receive a limited, revocable license to use approved materials solely for promoting the Program.


15. CONFIDENTIALITY

Affiliates agree not to disclose confidential information about the Program, commission structures, or proprietary business information without written permission.


16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Denton County, Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denton County.
